Hyundai eager to produce i20 model "completely in Turkey"
Turkish industry minister said that Hyundai was eager to produce its i20 model completely in Turkey.
Industry and Trade Minister Nihat Ergun said, "Hyundai is eager to make i20 production completely in Turkey. It was producing i20 in India, but engineering and labor is better in Turkey."
Ergun told AA correspondent on Saturday that Turkish auto manufacturers were aware of the market in Iran.
"Some auto companies in Turkey are eager to hold talks with representatives of the Iranian automotive sector. Turkish industrialists will probably pay visits to Iran in the coming period," he said.
