Geely to release five new Englon models this year

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai March 26) - Geely will be releasing five new models this year for its Englon brand, Beijing News reported today, quoting a statement from manufacturer Deputy General Manager Zhang Hongyan. The new models will cover segments ranging from subcompact all the way to SUV.

According to information available so far, the new models will include the following: the SC3, Englon brand's first entry-level subcompact sedan; the SC5-RV 1.3T, the brand's first vehicle powered by a turbocharged engine; the SC6, a subcompact for family use which is tipped to be the brand's flagship model in the future; the SC7 6AT, a version of the SC7 equipped with a DVVT engine mated to a six-speed DSI automatic transmission; the SX7, Englon's first multifunctional 'urban' SUV.
