Foton Auto plans to make sedan

Foton Auto announced that its first economical sedan has been assembled in its Beijing base recently.

According to an internal source, although this model was developed in Beijing, it will not be mass- produced there, instead it will be produced in Beijing Auto plant in Guangdong Province in South China.

Foton Auto plant in Guangdong Province mainly produces Sup, Ollin pickup, Saga, View SUV and Ollin light truck. The factory is co-establish by Foton Auto and Guangdong Nanhai in October 2003, and its production capacity is 30,000 units.
