FAW Hongqi, Shouqi Limousine and Chauffeur sign cooperation agreement to deploy mobility

Shanghai (Gasgoo)-FAW Group and Shouqi Limousine and Chauffeur signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deploy mobility recently, saying that both parties will integrate their advantageous resources to help Hongqi brand deploy mobility service sector. The move marks that FAW Hongqi has officially entered into the mobility area.

Under the strategic cooperation agreement, FAW and Shouqi Limousine and Chauffeur will cooperate in a variety of areas such as vehicle model customization, vehicle management, remote monitoring on vehicle conditions, driver management, connected vehicle technology and smart transportation. Specifically, FAW Hongqi will provide a number of models such as the H5 and the H7 for Shouqi Limousine and Chauffeur, and will jointly research and develop market-oriented bespoke model products with Shouqi Limousine and Chauffeur.

Xu Liuping, president of FAW Group stated that the state-owned automaker is ambitious to build the new Hongqi into world-renowned and China's NO.1 premium vehicle brand.
