October, 2011 sales ranking of SUVs from Korea's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Hyundai ix35 amounted to 7,610 units, up 12 % year on year, the first on October, 2011 sales ranking of SUVs from Korea's brands, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Sportage-R amounted to 5,622 units, up 95 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 51,773 units. October sales of the Sportage reached 3,677 units, decreasing 16 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 37,197 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
