October, 2011 sales ranking of SUVs from Japan's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Honda CR-V amounted to 17,784 units, up 45 % year on year, the first on October, 2011 sales ranking of SUVs from Japan's brands, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Qashqai amounted to 11,827 units, up 84 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 89,641 units. October sales of the Toyota RAV4 reached 10,239 units, increasing 53 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 75,336 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
