SAIC-GM-Wuling eyes overseas market for own-brand Baojun cars
Shanghai November 23 (Gasgoo.com) SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW), one of GM China's main joint ventures, rolled out yesterday its first own-brand Baojun 630 passenger car, which the automaker is considering exporting to India and other overseas markets through technology transfer, Shanghai Securities News reported Tuesday.

General Motors Co. said it plans to increase its stake in the Wuling microvan joint venture it owns with Chinese partner SAIC Motor Corp. to 44%, part of efforts to integrate the Chinese operation more into the U.S. company's global operation.
