Shanghai, September 2 (Gasgoo.com) China's Brilliance Auto, BMW's partner, displayed three car models at the Moscow Motor Show that concluded yesterday, a Beijing based newspaper reported.

The Brilliance range on display included the Zhonghua Junjie, Zhonghua Kubao (Brilliance BC3 Coupe) and Junjie FRV. By selling Zhonghua Junjie and Jinbei Haice in Russia, Brilliance already has gained a foothold there at present.

Brilliance partners in Russia currently assemble vehicles of Zhonghua brand with knocked-down kits supplied by Brilliance. It also signed a contract with a Russian trade company last March to export 80,000 units of its Jinbei Haice minibus to Russia over the next five years.

Brilliance Auto has set an export target of 30,000 units for this year, including Zhonghua sedans, Jinbei minibuses and light-duty vans. It exported 15,500 units in 2007.

Brilliance will display four of its global offerings at the 2009 North American International Auto Show next January. If all goes as planned, the company will enter the U.S. market by as early as next year.
