Mitsubishi to import seven models to China

Mitsubishi Motor Corporation (MMC) plans to unveil seven vehicle models in the Chinese market between now and the end of 2008. Mitsubishi confirmed these models will cover all ranges of passenger vehicles, including sedan, MPV, SUV, sport car and racing car.

The 08 Grandis and Outlander SUV have been redesigned to provide greater comfort and easier manuever whereas the Mitsubishi Eclipse, a two-door, four-seat sport compact car, combines impressive design and high performance at an affordable price.

Pajero SUV and the all new Lancer will also be introduced as a completely built imported unit.
Mitsubishi is expected to spark an aggressive round of competition in the Chinese auto sector in 2007 and 2008.
