In September, Guangzhou Honda becomes No.4 auto seller in Chinese market

Shanghai. October 11 (Gasgoo.com) - Guangzhou Honda sold 32,322 vehicles in September, up 56.7 percent month on month, the company announced yesterday.

This is the first time for the automaker to top 30,000 units for monthly sales, which allow the automaker to jump from No.7 to No. 4 in China’s top ten monthly car sales list.

Statistics show Guangzhou Honda sold 12,466 units of Honda Accord in September, which holds the second place in China’s middle and high end sedan market.

Also in September, Guangzhou Honda sold 7,773 units of Honda City, 6,839 units of Honda Fit, both of them are best sellers in each individual market segment.

Guangzhou Honda also sold 5,244 units of Honda Odyssey, which has been the best seller in China’s MPV market over the past nine months.
