Guangzhou to become China's largest passenger vehicle production base
Shanghai. October 15 (Gasgoo.com) - Guangzhou sold more passenger vehicles than Shanghai in the past September and the city is likely to replace Shanghai as China's largest passenger vehicle production base in China, Guangzhou Daily reported today.
In September, three major passenger vehicles OEMs (Guangzhou Honda, Guangzhou Toyota and Dongfeng Nissan) has sold over 70,000 vehicles; by contrast, Shanghai major passenger vehicle makers- Shanghai GM and Shanghai VW has sold 60,000 vehicles.
