Chrysler Group (China) Sales Co., Ltd. (CGCSL) is established in September 2005.

CGCSL is a wholly-owned company of Chrysler LLC. CGCSL is responsible to import, distribute, develop related network, manage CG brands and provide after sales service for all Chrysler Group CBU products (Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge brands) in China.

· Chrysler/Jeep Brand Service network construction and development, 70 dealers and service centers now

· Over 120 Chrysler/Jeep Dealers by the end of 2007

· Develop Dodge brand dealership network with partners
