Roewe and MG to debut at Beijing auto show together

Shanghai, April 18 (Gasgoo.com) Roewe and MG will be present at the Beijing auto show together on April 20-28 for the first time after SAIC merged Nanjing Auto earlier this month. SAIC said that the MG, Roewe, Roewe 550, Lavida and Shanghai-brand plug-in fuel cell-powered sedan will stay in the spotlight of the show platform.

SAIC will bring to the show all its manufacturers of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and auto parts under its brand. Roewe550, MG TF, MG 3SW and MG7 Sport version will be displayed on passenger vehicle platform.

Roewe550 is likely to draw more attention as it is the second self-developed own-brand model of SAIC. It will be powered by the 1.8 –liter 1.8T engine.
