On November 8, Tesla started a promotion that allows users who purchase a China-made Model 3 or Model Y and insure the vehicle through the automaker’s selected agency to enjoy 8,000 yuan off their final payment from Nov.8 to Nov.30, or 4,000 yuan off from Dec. 1 to Dec. 31.
