DENZA N7 becomes first vehicle model to adopt new-gen NVIDIA DRIVE Orin platform

Beijing (Gasgoo)- DENZA, the high-end new energy vehicle brand with a majority backing from BYD, on September 26 officially announced that the entire N7 lineup can be equipped with the latest generation of the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin platform.

The DENZA N7 is an intelligent luxury performance SUV, catering to the needs of users with a primary focus on solving commuting challenges. For all N7 models, users have the option to equip the DENZA Pilot Advanced Intelligent Driving Full Experience Package or the High-Speed Intelligent Driving Package. The latter features the new NVIDIA DRIVE Orin central chip, which leads globally in intelligent driving capabilities, making assisted driving more intelligent and highway travel more comfortable and effortless.

It offers over 30 intelligent driving assistance functions, including high-speed NOA (Navigate on Autopilot), ensuring equitable intelligent driving. This addresses the three major pain points users typically encounter in daily commutes, including complex and variable conditions during highway cruising, mixed traffic involving pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles in urban areas, and challenges of parking in narrow spaces.

For models equipped with the DENZA Pilot Advanced Intelligent Driving Full Experience Package, high-speed NOA, urban NOA, and other intelligent driving assistance functions are available. These features, powered by sophisticated perception and decision-making capabilities, offer users comprehensive safety assistance across all scenarios, reducing driver fatigue and preventing traffic accidents to the maximum extent. 

Models with the DENZA Pilot High-Speed Intelligent Driving Package support high-speed navigation-assisted driving. This system can autonomously make driving judgments based on navigation information and road conditions, automatically park the vehicle, and even perform remote parking via smartphone. In emergencies, the system can proactively apply brakes to avoid accidents. Additionally, it includes traffic sign recognition, automatically identifying and interpreting traffic signs, significantly alleviating driver fatigue during daily commutes.
