Guoxuan High-tech signs strategic cooperation agreement with Dayun Auto

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Hefei Guoxuan High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (Guoxuan High-tech) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd (Dayun Auto) on Feb. 5. Both parties will conduct deep and profound cooperation in technology and market.

According to the agreement, Dayun Auto will purchase around 6,000 sets of battery packs of pure electric logistics vehicles from Guoxuan High-tech, which value about RMB 750 million. This is another big order after it received orders from JAC Motors and BAIC Group, laying a solid foundation for the sales growth of Guoxuan High-tech.

Dayun Auto is a carmaker which engages in R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of commercial vehicles. By virtue of its R&D and manufacturing technology of commercial vehicles, Dayun Auto owns a full product lineup, covering pure electric heavy truck, mid-size truck, light truck, mini truck and bus. It also has realized sales in bulk. In 2017, sales of Dayun Auto's pure electric vehicles ranked third in industry.

Guoxuan High-tech had achieved several big orders from famed automakers, including JAC Motors and BAIC BJEV. The order from Dayun will help Guoxuan High-tech to gain remarkable financial results for the whole year. In the future, Guoxuan High-tech and Dayun Auto will also cooperate in SUV and MPV segment, jointly expanding market shares and improve competiveness in the market.
