Nebula Intelligence, Blue Whale New Energy Investment to build joint venture to offer EV charging solutions in HK

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On Jun. 27, Nebula Intelligence (Fujian) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Nebula Intelligence") and Hong Kong Blue Whale New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (“Blue Whale New Energy Investment”) held a cooperative intention exchange meeting in Hong Kong to discuss the construction and promotion of intelligent supercharging stations for solar energy storage in the Hong Kong region. Meanwhile, the duo also signed a letter of intent for cooperation.

Nebula Intelligence is a high-tech enterprise founded by Fujian Nebula Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nebula Electronics"), its founding shareholders, and Mr. Huang Shilin, the former Vice Chairman of CATL. Its main business includes the demonstration, construction, operation, and maintenance of intelligent supercharging stations for photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging, battery testing, the energy management services, the development of energy management information platforms, etc.

During the meeting, both parties agreed that in the land-constrained Hong Kong region, the number of new energy vehicles is continuously increasing, and the demands for vehicle charging and battery testing have become urgent issues that need to be addressed. The market prospects for publicly accessible intelligent supercharging stations for photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging, and battery testing in Hong Kong are vast and promising.

Next, the two parties plan to establish a joint venture, integrating their respective advantageous resources. Leveraging Nebula Electronics' leading technologies in lithium battery testing, energy storage applications, and fast DC charging, they aim to provide vehicle charging and battery testing solutions for new energy vehicle users in Hong Kong and drive innovation in the electric vehicle industry in Hong Kong.

Nebula Electronics stated that the exploration of the Hong Kong market marks the beginning of Nebula Intelligence's expansion into markets outside the Chinese mainland. It will also enhance the brand recognition of Nebula Electronics and Nebula Intelligence, as well as expand the company's business footprint in the field of energy storage.
