Located at the heart of a commercial complex and major transportation hub near the Baiyun Railway Station, the new facility features a high-capacity setup with 30 charging stalls and 50 connectors, including 480kW ultra-fast chargers. This combination of "ultra-fast charging + commercial center + transit access" positions the station as a key energy replenishment center for Guangzhou's Baiyun District.

In addition to the charging infrastructure, the site offers driver amenities such as a rest area and waterless car wash service. It also provides quick access to nearby dining, leisure facilities, and Baiyun Railway Station, setting a new benchmark in city-level charging networks by combining advanced infrastructure with user-centric experiences.
Following this launch, three more collaborative EV charging stations are scheduled to open soon in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen cties. Site selection is based on a jointly developed location model that targets areas with high EV owner density, ensuring premium service coverage across core urban zones. The partnership between XPENG and bp pulse is now entering a phase of deep integration within major city centers.
The two companies signed their MoU on January 14, 2025, aiming to interconnect their charging networks. The collaboration will allow both parties' users to access a combined network of over 30,000 chargers across 420 Chinese cities, jointly developing one of the most robust charging ecosystems in the country's key urban clusters.
bp pulse, the EV charging arm of bp, is focused on delivering safe, fast, and reliable charging solutions. It currently operates more than 20,000 charging connectors in China, with a digital platform serving over four million registered users.
