GAC Toyota sold almost 40,000 units in June, increasing 9.4% year-on-year

GAC Toyota has a total sales volume of 180,000 units from January to May this year, increasing 4.2% compared with the same period of last year. The sales volume keeps growth in June. It’s known that GAC Toyota sold 39,201 units in June, increasing 9.4% year-on-year. The total sales volume in the first half of year has also exceeded half annual target.

GAC Toyota Yaris L, new Highlander, new Levin have been launched into market in 2017, keeping a steady growth of the overall sales volume. GAC Toyota has a total sales volume of 219,456 units from January to June this year, increasing 5.1% year-on-year.

GAC Toyota expects that the domestic auto market will grow slowly in 2017, setting the annual sales target at 435,000 units. It shows that the company has accomplished 50% of annual target. Besides, GAC Toyota will continue to take efforts in quality control, brand promotion and product layout. The new Camry based on the new TNGA will also be launched in the year.
