Mercedes-Benz sets up digital tech company in China
Mercedes-Benz established a new digital technology company in China, named Mercedes-Benz (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd., on June 20, as revealed by the Tianyancha App. Wang Xin serves as the legal representative of the company, which features a registered capital of one million yuan.
The new company's business scope encompasses various areas, including the development of artificial intelligence applications, R&D of automotive components, data processing services, 5G communication technology services, software sales, and electronic product sales. Shareholder information indicates that Mercedes-Benz (China) Investment Co., Ltd. holds full ownership of the company.
BYD to begin delivering in September 2023
