May, 2026 auto sales ranking of SUVs from Germany's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan L amounted to 9,476 units, down 41 % year on year, the first on May, 2026 auto sales ranking of SUVs from Germany's brands, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Benz GLC amounted to 7,865 units, down 25 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 44,190 units. May sales of the Tayron reached 7,752 units, decreasing 42 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 53,943 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
